It is high polish. Only a few pieces in the engine bay are actually chrome, and that's because they are steel and would corrode after the polishing. In fact you can't even see those pieces cause they are on the lower portion of the timing cover. The Earl's fittings are chrome but if they had a high polish option I wouldn't gone for those.
