Default Walbro install... Do I need part #400-766 also?

Plan on modding my fuel basket and installing my walbro GSS342 this weekend as part of my TN build. I noticed that a lot of places that sell the walbro include an install kit with it (part #400-766). However the vendor on this site I got mine from did not include it. Do I need the install kit, or is it just non essentials? It just looks to be a small wiring harness, a couple clamps and a few small parts I cannot identify.

Dont forget to get a new o'ring for the reinstall of the fp assembly as the old one always swells.
