However like Hal said just about any TT kit will get you to 600hp, it just depends what kit you want.
A fuel return system and some 1000cc Injectors and just about any stand alone ECU "to keep things safe" should get you there.

I think that a S1 shortblock + Powerlabs ST kit + all the nesessary supporting mods would be mighty fine.
