I don't need the pics, I was only trying to help you out by posting the "New and Improved" up-pipes with the nice clean welds which I had on my PC for some time and suddently disappeared.
Thats all.

Although the OP lied (wrong).. That still doesnt negate the fact TN kit welds broke, and it wasnt the first time this has happened to someone.. How does that make it right to forget the customer if he lied.. He is still sporting TN right?? It just doesnt seem right to me..

People mix this up all the time, This guy IS NOT a TN customer. In fact to date TN has not got a single penny from this (customer) that is why warranties for the most part only stick with the original owner. If the guy wasn't a baby about it and was nice to TN they might have done something for him to maybe hope that one day down the road he'd buy another TN kit for another car, but since he just went wah wah wah and lied about everything well..... does TN really want his business? I know I wouldn't.

Yes you would be Greddy's costumer if you bought it new. Now if you bought the turbo used on ebay, then no, you would not be greddy's customer you would be the person you bought it from customer.

Whats up with the name calling. You guys call me young and still in highschool but then we have people calling me a tool, a *****, a crybaby. lol. reality check...

Another thing, the turbonetics warranty they got is actually pretty stupid. Warranty should pass on no matter what. I do accept the 1 year part cuz obviously it needs a limit but the kit just hit 5k miles and already parts are breaking and falling off. I can understand if i just beat the snot out the car and broke something but this is clearly a weld issue which means, its TN's faulit, not mine. Why should i have to pay it?

And you guys say, i didnt pay for the kit. Technically i did pay for the kit. The car i have now is worth 20k BBK but since it had a turbo kit installed, i offfered the guy 23.5k. Thats the only reason i bought this car, cuz i thought turbonetics was a reliable company. I put my trust in this kit and look where i ended up. And then i come to find out, TN doesnt support second owners. WTF is the difference. Maybe i shoulda called the first owner and he woulda gotten me the peice for free. Does that work for your rules?

Now i gotta pay few hundred bucks cuz TN doesnt know how to weld correctly. I actually wanted to keep this turbokit and build my car but this just pushed me closer to another kit.

God i hope greddy doesnt have weak welds.

But no, he thought it would be better to come in to a large, public community, lie about the origins of his stuff, call out a reputable company, try having a vendor falsify an invoice, and then make some weakass apology about it. I'll say it again, I vote for ban.

good luck with whatever your future plans are I wouldn't bother coming back on here to tell us how it works out, because after all the crap you started, I'm pretty sure no one cares what you do.

Lets keep the banning to the people that are scamming buyers on this forum. Don't get butthurt over one lie.

You PURPOSELY misrepresented the situation numerous times. Calling it a mistake is something of an understatement.

If you have shown yourself to be more than willing to lie to a vendor, why would I think for one second that you wouldn't lie to me if I was buying something from you

Whatever man. I doubt after the crap you pulled that anyone on this forum with half a brain is going to want to do business with you.

And as far as you "putting your trust" into the turbonetics setup; dude you really should have done some research. A 350Z with a turbonetics single is almost certainly not going to have the reliability and longevity of a stock 350Z. Thats not a jab at turbonetics, that just the facts of putting aftermarket performance parts on cars.
