HKS GT Supercharger

The compressor housing will max out the amount of air flow so 450WHP or so sounds like the limit of this blower but Rick was also saying that they may be designing a different supercharger unit to be sold as a tuner kit that is capable of pushing more power than the current counterpart but this is still up in the air. The current unit will come with a pre-tuned FCon IS but it will not have to be installed by a Pro Dealer. The end-user will HAVE to purchase it from a Pro Dealer though as these kits will not be available for re-sale from an HKS dealer.
So thats the same compressor that they will offer?
Do you know if you can get the pulley upgrade from them or if that will custom?

In Japan they already offer a tuner kit, but it's basically the same as the base kit without management or fuel. However they are endurance testing a larger blower, for bigger power applications, and if that goes well, they will offer the bigger blower aswell as a tuner version. Of course, this is what i've been told, but what actually happens is a different story. Hopefully, yes, we will get a blower with more power capacity.

The press package they sent the ProDealers says that the new GT Superchargers have to be sold AND installed at the Pro Dealer facility. Which makes mail order puchases not possible...at least for now.
It will be interesting to see what type of power we can get, from an out of the box kit. The previous generatiokn kit did about 315whp on our Dyno Dynamics.

We'll see what happens!

I'm totally out of the loop, but my take from the HKS website is that the GT supercharger kits will be sold by HKS authorized dealers (including those that do business online), not just the pro dealers, but in order for HKS's warranty to apply, it must be installed by a pro dealer authorized to do the install.
I don't think HKSUSA will setup these kits to sell like JWT TT kits. This is of course is pure speculation on my part fwiw.

Ah yes of course the warranty. I think it HAS to be installed by the dealer if you want to retain the warranty, but you can still get it and install it yourself, it's just that the warranty is void then.

FYI - Ive using the HKS GT Supercharger for passed 4 Months. From the Stock VQ35DE it will Produce 310Whp. Will not giving you a Truly Power for Money. Its like driving a VQ35 with a lilttle bit 20-25% of power. I think for ppl who like to Enjoy driving pleasure. Nice Complete Kits just P&P (1 Day Installed). I have just done my internals - Going to for JWT TT Kits Soon -
One more important infos for u guys if you wanna know the REAL power of the HKS GT Supercharger for 1/4 Mile Run with Stock G35 Manual -
I have beaten the stock G35 Coupe Manual for only 2.5 Cars away ;( .
My setup only G35 Coupe Auto HKS GT S/C with headers & Test Pipe.

HKSUSA claimed that number is possible on the stock setup with bigger injectors and a good tune from the dealer.
