what mileage did you go fi?
Fellas, out of curiosity how many miles did you have on your z's before going f/i? Anyone have a certain mileage in which they'd say its "too" late in terms of the original wear on the motor? Thanks for any and all responses.

I went to have the tranny replaced at 35997 and it is exactly 40 miles from Hunt Nissan to where I had my turbonetics kit put on!
Ran until 48k with turbonetics, then upgraded to greddy twins until 52212, and decided to have her built. No issues with stock engine, built because I had gotten used to the power.
My engine should be in tomorrow, and then the breakin will begin.

34K, now at 46,400
As far as a "too late" number goes, as long as the engine is tight it doesn't matter really. Brock (ser/gtir) had just over 100K on the clock when he bolted on Greddy twins and still running strong on the stock block, so take that FWIW...

Bought her with 28,000 miles and had my Turbonetics installed at 31,000 miles. Replaced the tranny at I think 55,000 miles. No other major issues. Looking to go built very soon, but for no reason other than I want more power. The motor is still running strong at 70,000 miles.
