Redline I don't think that is the issue on his turbo it could be due to any of the lines either kinked or clogged. Also excessive oil pressure could cause leakage also.

Instead of tapping the oil return in to the spacer we tapped it to where turbonetics instructions tell you to. Also adding a 45 degree fitting on the oil block hopefully helped. Were thinking that oil was getting backed up into the turbo which caused it to burn up in the exhaust. Everything is working great now.
