Utec Temp Compensation is not the best but it does the job. I monitor my IAT a lot and that is how I dialed in my temp correction. Utec uses 10 deg. Celsius gap so that really suck coz we use Fahrenheit. I have dialed my A/F Temp Correction from 24F-85F and my A/F is usually around 11.0-114 at full boost. The big gap between Celsius and Fahrenheit is the reason it is hard to get a perfect compensation.

For about $1000 more you can have a complete standalone w/ launch and boost control if you get a ProEFI.

Most decent boost controllers are 4-600$

I have everything I want with the UTEC including boost control with a $90 solenoid.

You should be seeing dyno sheets and some reviews from some shops that PROEFI have already sent their units soon .

hey can the Utec eliminate the rear O2 signal so the chk. engine light doesn't come on?

You just need a set of non-foulers. You can get them from a parts store, and then drill them, or get them from a couple of people here that will drill them for you, for a grand total of $20. Search for "non-foulers" and you'll find plenty of information.

Sof ar so good. The BCS and UTEC hold boost very steady. No spikes or overboosting. But I only have 1000 mi exoperience with it so far.
