Default SSQV BOV Beading

When I first received my HKS SSQV BOV the first thing I noticed was that where the vacuum hose connected did not have a rolled lip or bead for the vacuum hose to hold on to.

Lately I have to keep checking on it since it has come off more than once.

Has anyone beaded the pipe so the vacuum hose can be secured more safely?
and if so what method or where did you need to take it to get it done?
Pictures would be great.

TIA

two possible fixes a. put a small zip tie (tight) oround the vacume line on bov to secure it or B. get some aquanet hairspray (for some reason its the stickiest but i guess other kinds will work) soak a paper towel with it. then wipe down the vacume nipple with it and then slide the line on. when it dries it shold provide the tack to keep it from coming off. if these 2 fail make sure your not using too big of a line

You could flare it which is what I think your trying to say. Make sure you take your time though and do it right. Not everyone is good at flaring and you don't want to ruin your BOV.
