They are two different cars and 2 different engines. You may be able to get the turbo to work, but as for the piping to get it to work is a whole other story. You are much better off buying a ready made kit than dealing with the trouble of going custom.

I guess you could, but you'd surpass any possible savings in cost for custom fab work, and then likely experience sub-par performance of improperly sized turbos as a result.
You'd be better off buying a used turbo kit made for a 350z.

The work and hassle involved would greatly out weigh the benefit.

I'm not sure of the size, but you could have the flanges machined to bolt up to the greddy manifolds, and try to purchase the greddy kit without the turbos. Just an idea, I know that I had a 2nd gen exhaust manifold for the turbo modified by a machine shop to match the ports and bolts on my 1st gen for $100, then i just bolted on the turbo from the 2nd gen. the rest of the kit was custom, so thats another story, but I don't see why you couldn't match the bolts holes and outlet of the greddy manifold to a different turbo. after that you could match the downpipe flanges from the greddy to the outlet on the turbo. those are the only parts that need to be bolted, the compressor inlet and outlet are just hoses with clamps.
and of course these turbos may not be properly sized for the greddy piping, but they may do some good.
