I think that whatever you use the main thing is to have gauges to monitor what is going on with the car and not depend on the stock gauges.
I have coolant and oil temp gauges and always wait for them to come up to temperature before I do any hard driving.
The stock coolant temp gauge will show normal while my coolant gauge will only be around 50 Deg C so I usually wait until it is at around 80-90 almost the same with the oil temp, I figured that with all of the different materials in the engine between the block, darton sleeves, pistons and rings you would want to be up to temp. I have a meth kit I am thinking of installing but just have been lazy and mainly putting my energy into the 240Z restoration

Another benefit of Evan's over water or coolant/water mixes.

Hate to derail this topic somewhat, but is the best place to order Evans right off their website? And for those of you who've done this, approx how long did they take to get your order out? I am kinda in a time crunch right now, hate to have to wait on finishing my build on something like coolant.

We carry this stuff in stock if anyone needs some...I know it can be hard to find sometimes.

I can't seem to find it on your website.

Found a place that ships Evans from San Diego for the west coast guys. Price is $30 a gal plus shipping. PM me anyone wants their info.
Not a knock on Forged at all, if I was on the east coast I would get it from them no doubt. But being on the Oregon coast, it doesnt make much sense to ship heavy gallons of coolant across the country.
