2) Def a nasty Cam like BC stage 3 thanks 2 berto again 4 the info lol
3) Carbonetics triple disc clutch (dont know bout the flywheel im gonna wait and ask berto)
4) EMS- Haltech (Thanks Luie)
5) HKS 1000CC injectors
6) APS 3" TDExhaust and 3" Downpipes
8) Prob The Toyo R888s tires Sharif was talkin about that does good with traction
9) a BIG Koyo Radiator (Thanks Jamez)
10) GTM Dual Valve Spring Upgrade Dont know which 1 I need but again (Thanks Jamez)
11) Stock Plenum w/ Motordyne ISO thermal spacer kit, 1/2" (Thanks George)
Couple things I would change
-Go with L19's
-PE low impedence 1000cc injectors
-PORT YOUR HEADS
-CM FX700 with new flywheel option great clutch for less (ats triple over rated)
-Cosworth Plenum
-BC Stage 3 cams with complete springs/shims

Hmm def look more into that 2morrow esp those injectors and clutch. Havnt read n e thing on the injectors though and if I could stay stock vs cosworth I will bc thats alot of money lol

I would also recommend a spec super twin clutch. Very light pedal feel, like stock, and the lowest "stage" super twin will hold 900 ft lbs. Ive got the PT and am happy now that Ive learned how to drive it (holds 1100 and costs $1245)! Nice build list BTW! Definitely get L19s and whatever ems your tuner is most comfortable with; that will go a LONG way!

Turbo kit - What will this car be used for? Between the two kits, I'd probably just stick with the Greddy kit. The APS TT is better on a stock motor setup, but I'd prefer Greddy TT on a built motor.
BoV - Yeah, you'll need one for the greddy kit. I'd recommend the Tial BoV.
Head studs - I don't see the need for the 1/2in head studs. Going with L19's will save you a few hundred bucks in machine work.
Cams - Go with some turbo cams like you mentioned
Injectors - I don't see the need for 1000cc injectors on a build like this. I'd suggest going with Deathscherks 850cc injectors, which will save you another couple hundred bucks. I'll have a review on these in a few days here when my car is tuned and running them.
Plenum - I know it's not popular opinion, but I'd say stick with the stock plenum. $1200 for the Cosworth plenum is money better spent elsewhere, like on suspension, head work, water/meth, or nitrous kit.
Boost controller - HKS EVC 6.
Turbo timer - HKS to match the EVC6
EMS - Haltech
Gauges - Car PC for some custom haltech driven digital gauges.
Fuel system - CJM Stage 1 fuel system. I don't really think the stage 2 kit is a good use of money.
Clutch - I like my carbonetics triple, but there may be some more cost effective alternatives for these power levels as some have mentioned.
Exhaust - What exhaust are you running? I know it's a bit cliche now, but I recommend the Greddy Evo TT.
Downpipes - AAM or APS work fine.
Open dumps - I wouldn't do these for now unless you know you're going to love them. The recirced external wastegates on the greddy kit will be fine without them.

Where did you hear the RPS doesn't stand up to the power? I daily drove my 500+rwhp for nearly 20k miles before sending my pressure plate to get new pads for $120.00. It was still ok, I just decided to get it done while my car was apart.

Thanks 4 the info Craig. Ill prob go with the APS Tuner kit like George mentioned. He said that kit comes with the 3" Down pipes so illstay with that. Ill also buy the APS 3" TD exhaust to match. Like I said before im gonna stay on the stock plenum but I will get a motordyne spacer. Clutch im prob gonna go carbonetics triple as mentioned. Ill take ur advice on the fuel, Boost controller and turbo timer, Head studs, Bov and injectors.

I personally have nothing against the APS TT, it's a great kit. However, the Greddy TT has a little more potential as far as power on a built motor.
Those old journal bearing turbos are built like brick s**thouses, don't heat up coolant temps due to water cooling, and even have less failures than the APS/garrett turbos.
The biggest downfall of the APS TT vs the Greddy TT is the wastegate configuration. The internal gates just seem to be an annoyance at higher boost levels, and people are paying good money for external wastegate modifications.
To get the APS TT on par with the output and reliability of the Greddy tt you're going to need to buy either the forge actuators and new springs or a custom wastegate relocation. You're also going to buy a new BoV if you want something aggressive sounding. You get all this ready to go with the Greddy kit and you don't even have to buy springs to up the boost. It adds up fast.
Actually, after stating all this, I don't even see why I'd want an APS TT kit over Greddy for a built motor.
Your choice though, take it as you will.
