Default darton mid sleeve kit with 99.5mm bore

Hi,

Been reading a few articles here and am a bit concerned about my second engine build "taking place right now after the first one blew"

got the following happening:

- darton mid sleeve kit
- cp 99.5 mm compression 9.2
- cosmetic head gasket
- eagle rods
- aps tt
- haltech
- ARP L19's
- water/meth injection
- external waste gates
- oguru twin plate
- 3 test pipes aps
- 3 exhausts aps
- aps plenium

just worried about the heating issues mentioned, some people are referring to coolant in weird places, mention of head lift... and loads of issues with mid sleeve kit... are there people out there happy with their mid sleeves running btw 12 -16 psi on a daily ride with 500whp or more.?

if anyone has anything I should look out for or inform my tuner about while this stuff is all in pieces that would help prevent any issues it will be appreciated... do i need additional cooling mods? some guys talk about driving hard.. WTF... thought that with all these builds I would not have to worry about driving hard ... should I worry??? please lets not get into a "my c* is bigger than urs... thats very eight's"

I would imagine hitting 550 whp at a push with racing fuel 102. with my minute aps tt turbo's at a huge push... looking at running round 500 or less ...

basically my build is a 3.83 something with the bore 99.5, a bit concerned that the head gasket is for 100mm, but dont know much, should that be a concern?

guys, this discussion has happened a few times around several issues but this is unique build, second build into being a z fan has cost a pretty penny, any advice will be much appreciated...

just make sure the machine shop doing the install of the sleeves knows what they are doing.

Make sure they open up the coolant opening by the front driver's side cylinder, coolant entry, and that they understand that the dimensions and seating of the sleeves is crucial.
