Supercharger + turbochargers

Ive been thinking about installing either a supercharger or turbocharger to the Z.
I understand how both chargers work but can (or should) you install both of them? Would it be efficient?

It can be done. Kinda pointless unless you would be using it for dragracing only. The turbo or SC alone will provide more boost than your engine internals can handle.
