hello.i was reading the sticky of the used oil analysis and i dont understand it,so my question is

What grade of oil should i use

My normal Temp during day is 30-35 C
Night 20-26

Stock block,vortech,stock internals..

I drive sometimes my car pretty hard..

Car has 24k

Also i know that the car takes 5qts of oil..but since the vortech shares oil with teh engine,should we put a lil more on it?

sorry, i am still converting C to F





just use some 5w30 and dont worry about it, the car actually holds 4.75 quarts so 5 will be fine.

 

thanks for the response..can i use 20w50?
i can get M1 10w30 pretty cheap here dont know about the 5w30
wont that oil break bc of the heat that the vortech provides to the oil??
