Default APS with cats

Has anyone fit their APS single turbo with a high flow cat? I'd like to do it to get through inspection next year but havn't been able to find info with the search engine. This would only be a temp fit, then I'd remove it afterwords. Thanx

if you are eventually going to change the set-up later, wait and kit your parts together and do it right the first time.

you would need to custom fab something up. But otherwise would be an easy solution

It looks like it may work. There is a section that could be cut and fit with a cat after the turbo, then add flanges to the removed section as a straight pipe for later fitment. Just wasn't sure if the added back pressure would require tuning. Again, this is only to get through inspection.

if all you are doing is installing it and driving for an inspection, you will be fine. Car won't be making the boost it did previously and might run slightly more rich, but shouldn't be an issue for a short trip

Yup, that's exactly all that I'm gonna do. Sounds like a lot of work and expense but it's the price that I've accepted to play
