lol, problems one right after another. As far as i know, limp mode wouldnt let you go past 2500. It does that to protect the car.

Do you have any codes?

Not sure if this is the same but if you're hitting a limp mode cut right before 5k it sounds like this. http://www.jimwolftechnology.com/wol...E_4700_RPM.pdf

The denser the air the more saturated the MAF gets.

thats pretty much what it was doing i cleaned the maf unhooked the battery and double checked everything to make sure it was tight,no kinks bends or anything like that put it back together and went into boost fine but is still running rich 10.0 rich and was starting to miss uptop so i think i need a tune... so how did jimwolf go about fixing that problem?

personally i think its a TB issue.. but you should read this thread https://my350z.com/forum/showthread....=throttle+body

his issue had nothing to do with the TB.. on the second page he gets it all fixed..

I just got my car back for the same reason "LIMP MODE" and apparently most of the 350z's have a recall for the gas pedal assembly and the sensor on the top is messed up and sends bad codes to the UTEC or whatever computer that u have, i just changed the whole gas pedal assembly and utec and no problems whatsoever, that problem drove me crazy for 4 months!!!!, the codes that i got was P2135 TPS.

so after driving into work i found that last nite it wasnt cutting out it was spinning the tires, today i got itno it pretty hate fully and every time i ran it till bout 6k and it was fine im still seeing an amount of smoke i think my catch cans are contributing to this im going to unhhok them and see what happens the car still needs a tune though, and im not totaly convinced that just cleaning out my maf fixed the problem i was having although it mie have.
