i spent $102,494.52 on my build... $50,000 we blew on Hookers and Champange once the car was done... we partied hard

 

Ive gone through 4 turbo kits and two built motors(none have blown though). Ive spent nearly 60k with wheels, suspension, etc... included over the lst two years.

 

I am not gone say what I spent, its getting a little to much.

 

in the past month i have spent 6 grand on just my motor build

 

^^cheap motor build...I spent more than double that (and I'm just talking internals...no misc parts).

 

Way too much!

It never stops I just spent $40 buck on relays..... It never stops....NEVER!!!!!!!!!!

 

stroker kit? Thats the only way you can have spent more. What did you buy?

 

if you are only wanting 350 go with 1.single turbo kit(powerlab,or turbonetics)
2. ati procharger
3. vortech supercharger
all 3 of these you can keep well under 10k

i spent 12k and without built motor with the greddy twin
at wastegate i make 370
and at 7 lbs i make 410
it really depends on what type of supporting mods you do...
also which ecu you go with...
there are lots of variables.

 

hmmm, i have a stack of reciepts, and a few pages of internet reciepts i have not wanted to print out yet.

the most valueable sentence i have heard in my automotive life is " THE MORE YOU PUT INTO A CAR, THE MORE IT COSTS TO KEEP IT GOING" i have yet to figure out if it is the want for more power, or the want for perfection. i guess they go hand in hand. both of these are more or less, my life. luckily, seeing others on this sight, i am not alone, hahhaa.

 

+1, i think i would get sick and pass out. i would rather not know and just drive the hell out my car cause its worth it then.
