JWT 530BB TT Power Increase Suggestions...
Sup fellas,
Well, 370WHP is just not cutting it for me any more. I feel like the car is super slow. now i am not interesting in motor building as I promised myself before I even got the car.
I have seen many go the meth route, but is doesnt yield much results. I was wondering is any of you have better suggestions and opinions that will put me at the 400+whp mark.
I am currently running the SS box, and HFC. I know if i get test pipes I should see and increase as much as 10% I was so told.
Mods I am thinking about:
hopefully this thread will help others in this situation.
Thanks...

I understand your situation, but if you feel the car is "super slow" with 370, I don't think adding another 30-50 hp is going to make you happy with it for too long - if you really feel it is super slow, you're probably going to have to go the built route

Not asking for much... just make my super slow car fast, BUT no motor build and I don't want to spend much $
:completelyf^ckingconfused:
Edit for my suggestions:
Get a proper EMS -> Fcon or Haltech
Boost control
Test pipes and possibly exhaust depending on what you are running now
Most likely need a new fuel system or at least injectors
Retune

well you are aware that once you get over 400rwhp you are really taking your chances with a stock motor. If i was you i would stay where you are at right now with 370rwhp. You seem to be on a pretty tight budget and that is not a good time to blow your motor. sorry i didnt help to much just trying to give you the truth.

Where is your power being made? Tuning with a Utec and meth should increase your torque in lower rpms.

thanks for the input guys, I was also just talking to tim@SFR and test pipe and a plenum spacer should do the trick also tweaking the SS box (but I may go u-tec)
I am not really on a budget at all. just dont want to blow cash away. there is just a lot of variables to consider when modding the car, depreciation ect...

At the end of this............ you will be asking yourself if 400WHP is enough I know I did but I have the ability to take it up to about 480WHP by turning my boost up.And that is defintiely enough for me and street tires.

Spend money on your car, becuase you LIKE to do it, and it's something you enjoy. It's a hobby, not an investment...remember that.
