Well, it appears that the jackshaft assembly cannot be saved. Anyone have a spare jackshaft assembly they can sell me? The shaft itself and the front pulley keyway are shot in mine.

dont wanna give you a hard time, i know you can get this directly from vortech from the parts list in 2-3 days if you overnight it.

what does Vortech want for a jackshaft assembly ?

 

I checked about a month ago and I *think* $485. I could be wrong. Here are pics of the carnage.

 

Just an update for reference. Vortech does NOT sell the jackshaft assm. unless you buy it as part of the mounting plate. You need the following to rebuild the jackshaft assm.:

1ea - 2D070-159 - Jackshaft, C5, H900, 1"
2ea - 7X100-027 - Large Bearing, Extended Drive
1ea - 7B375-150 - Wave Washer -Large (V-2)

Parts are at the machine shop now...plus I am *finally* going to the 3.12 pulley. Total price is about $150 but, I don't have the bill in front of me.
