Default Calibrate wideband lambdas and route bosst solenoid hoses? Help please

Now I need to install new (Haltech) boost controll solenoid and wideband lambdas ASAP so I can take the car to the seccond tuning for high(er) hp on thursday.

I'm not shure how to hook it up and calibrate.

Should I route the hoses from WG's bottom to one port on solenoid and the ones form WG top to a seccond and the third port to vaccum?

As I have Innovate LC1, I think it's 0-5 volt for 7,35-22,39 AFR.
I guess I just have to input these corection valus in the Haltech EMU for Volt and AFR's???
Anyting else?

For the LC1, the volts depend on what output your hooking up to. The serial connection is actually something like 0 - 1 volt output by default - but can be programmed in the LC1 to whatever you want. The directions will tell you how to do it.

If no one knows I'll just do what I think is way to do it but
don't want to mess up in EMU or vaccum hoses since I'm gooing to a really big event w/ show and track embediately after the tuning. Got a tight schedule
Thing is also that boost solenoid comes w/ installation instructions that have 2 ways to route hoses. It's different than the Profec E-01 that I have on now so there's 3 ways to do it

I'm not sure of the haltech BCs, but with most single solenoid , 3-port BCS setups, do this:

wastegate side port needs to be connected to a good boost/vacuum source directly off the intake manifold.

Solenoid vaccum lines:

1) dedicated vacuum source from manifold to BCS.
2) output from BCS to the top port of your wastegate(s)
3) leave the BCS Vent Port open to atmosphere.

make sure you verfiy the input, output, and vent on your BCS. If you hook up the lines wrong, you will have problems.
Here's how to do it:
1) blow into each port with your mouth. find the port that isn't connected to the other 2! that is the INPUT!
2) next, activated the solenoid with 12V and then blow into the input port. where the air comes out of will be the OUTPUT.
3) finally, verify that when the BCS is not activated, you can blow into the OUTPUT port and some air comes out of the 3rd port (the VENT port).

For your widebands:
Use the brown wires from the LC1s as your analog output to the Haltech
Bank 1 goes to pin C7
Bank 2 goes to pin C9
Connect to both LC1 control modules and set analog output 2 to 0v = 10afr, 5v = 20afr
Connect to Haltech and set those same calibrations under 'O2 Sensor 1' and 'O2 Sensor 2'
Finally, you may want to check voltage offset by temporarily commanding the lc1 to output a constant voltage (ex 5v for all afr) and then watch the raw voltages in Haltech. If Haltech sees 4.85v, then you can adjust accordingly in the Haltech o2 calibration.

For the boost control solenoid:
Port 1 = intake manifold or turbo
Port 2 = top port of wastegate
(leave the bottom port on the wastegate attached directly to manifold/turbo)

If you have any more questions feel free to give me a ring at the shop
