Default ATI Procharger idler pulley problem

my idler pulley is about 3/8" out of alignment with the other pulleys... it also has play in it depth wise... it has eaten away the pulley on one side so much that the belt rests on the top of the gurad... one side has more flush surface than the other... does the side that is more flush need to be facing the motor or the front bumper?

I've seen the Vortech guys use the tensioner pulley... do you have any pics of where you mounted yours? does anyone know if ATI uses dayco pulleys like vortech does? the dayco 89003 looks pretty dead on?

Default Stillen vs. ATI vs. Vortech

So ok, I've been searching for the last 3 days in regards to which SUPERCHARGER is the best for DAILY DRIVEN CAR with just 7PSI MAX. I've seen alot of Vortech owners that had some trouble with their kit i.e. blower needs to be rebuilt/breaking. I'm looking for a kit/blower that would last 3-5yrs less than 10,000 miles a year I'm a newbie here so easy on me, and yes I did searched for owners feedbacks and still searching... thanks for the input you guys... god speed...
