I am on my third throttle body and i never got the gas pedal assembly either....i guess i got ripped of too?

 

I had this problem in my Z for about 6 months and i went crazy with this code until JAPTRIX found the problem, apparently the sensor in the "GAS PEDAL ASSEMBLY" was sending bad codes to the "UTEC" so i had to change both parts and problem solved, i never had any problems again with either one....

 

this sounds to me like another UTEC related issue. It seems like everyone, including me, who has had this throttle issue has also had a UTEC in the loop!

OP, sounds like your in the same boat as many of us with the Utec's, they all go into limp mode right when you need them not to.

I disconnected my utec, swapped to stock injectors, left just my stock ecu, and disconnected the charge pipe and put a filter on, and what ya think happened, no more limp mode. So either it's A) the turbo system (doubtful) or B) the Utec causing the issue (most likely).

Sounds like the Utec is a failing system for our cars unless TurboXS can fix this ridiculous issue.
