Default New Vortech Oil Question

Hey guys I have a quick question, I had blown out a vortech I bought it used and it was bad, my BPV was bad too I just got a new charger like 3 weeks ago. Nissan had installed it b/c it was their fault that it blew. They covered it and installed a brand new one.
When installing it they did not clean out the intercooler, and I was unaware that the BPV was broke, when I got it back it was acting funny, It was running strong but I realized the BPV was not working, I did not boost it at all after noticing.
I have cleaned out the intercooler and piping, but did not remove the charger itself. I am still getting oil in the pipes and on my hood above the charger, is it possible that the compressor surge caused the oil to build up in the charger housing and it is slowly coming out??
** My oil pressure has not dropped and my levels are still the same**
I was also getting compressor surge for those 75 miles but now have replaced BPV

Should I send it out to vortech it has at most 75 miles on it

Thanks for looking guys

Not sure about compressor surge causing the oil leak, but are you sure they routed the oil return line correctly? No kinks or upward bends? Does this dealer have any experience with the Vortech kit?

all the dealer did was install the new blower and oil return line, the feed was already on, there are no kinks in the return and there isnt any oil on it at all its all on the filter and slowly like 2-3 weeks acumulates in the IC pipes, the filter doesnt get soaked in oil, but enough to drip down, and its like a fine mist on the hood
IDK but its pissing me off

Ok just to update I checked out the BPV today and the vac is not strong enough I was adjusting it to see if it would open and nothing, finally I temp kinked another line that T's into it and it worked so I am going to add additional vac leads out of the plenum.

But is it possible that my blower is full of oil in the casing from all the oil that was in the pipes when I was getting compressor surge??
My oil levels are still ok so Im not loosing any oil as far as I know

I think you may of found your problem. Don't use T's, have a port for each line coming out of the manifold. Or look into the external distribution block that Powerlab makes.

If after cleaning the old oil under the hood and if you are getting additional oil afterwards it could be bad oil seals in the blower or seepage from either the oil inlet or outlet behind the blower.. Need to get it up on a lift and try to locate the source..
