Anybody have a wiring diagram ? I have checked their website. They show it for the 300 but not the 350. Is it the same on the 350s harness?

The only thing I don't have listed on there is speed, but AFAIK there isn't a speed output from the ECU.

Red is ignition power, black is ground. CKPS POS is your crank sensor (not that it's relevant here). For a straight tach signal, you'll need some sort of tach adapter (unless the AVC-R can use an ignition/injector signal, which it appears it can).
