I fail? What are you 10 years old. Stop talkin like a little kid and put some facts out here.

And dont tell me i have no mechanic skills. I pulled out my motor, rebuilt it and put it back in BYMYSELF. I have built (not performace wise) couple of chevy transmissions. I do sidejobs for people doing brake and diagnostics. I'm ALWAYS workin on my car cuz this turbokit sucks so much ***. And on top of that, i have been workin at honda for a little while now.

Ya so go ahead, call me a lyer in every thread i post in, fact of matter is, you're product is garbage and obviously, now we seen, you guys cant rebuild turbos.

Now you're a Tech ?

Turning away customers haha please Eddie Ghani turbo kits is NOT all Turbonetics does you should maybe educate yourself on this. It's clearly evident you have no idea of what you are talking about but then again it's does not suprise me. You seem to like SELF PWNAGE and I can dish it.

Ok so today I got a call from turbonetics and they are telling me that what is causing the smoke is the amm oil pan spacer that I use instead of drilling the tap for the oil lines... Please is any one else runing this spacer and is doing the same thing

thanks

WHAT?????? Sounds like a load of crap...If you can, have Julian or Matt talk to them. I know he didn't sell it to you, but I would hope he could make time to help you out considering you are a customer...

pretty sure you can use a garrett

i replaced mine on my SFR TT kit (which uses the same turbo's as the turbonetics kit) w/ garrett t3/t4 60-1 made by bullseye power.

I use an AAM spacer also. I get smoke on decel once in a while, but certainly not every WOT pull and its not a bunch of smoke, just a little puff. Bottomline, the AAM spacer is not your issue if the smokescreen is as bad as you say.

I don't even think your smoke is a product of the AAM spacer either.

Who makes the TN turbo? I thought it was Garret?

Im actually haveing this problem lately. The other day, i went WOT till 4th gear, as soon as i let off the pedal for decel, i blew out so much smoke out the back off my car, i couldnt see **** in the back and my whole trunk was filled with blue smoke. My friend that was behind me said it came right out the tail pipe.

Not only that, ever since that day, ive been having oil leaks from under the motor and oil inside my intake piping. and everytime my BOV goes off, it shoots out a little oil.

Not only that but i just had the turbo rebuilt by TN less than 2 months ago. The turbo only has 700 miles on it

WTF is going on.

So has anyone used an oil restrictor with the TN kit? I dont get much smoke out the exhaust, but I would rather get none at all. I am thinking its just due to excessive oil pressure, since theres no way its my return line (routed downhill the whole way, and larger then needed), or PVC setup (tried and true), or an internal engine issue (compression tested). Also I am using 20w-50 amsoil, so its not because the oil is thinning out.

I just dont want to see the problem get worse by damaging the seals over time.
