Dont know. in regards to your turbo, its kinda common on decel you get smoke. as long as your not getting smoke from idle or partial throttle or WOT, I think your fine.
is it a lot of smoke?

Yes it is.... It's smoking so bad that I got people on the road telling me that my car is smoking and you can smell burn oil.... and it's after WOT I just found a few threads about this and a few videos from MYAPLAYA and is the same thing with my car... I just send a PM to Reggie (BLK180SX)
thanks for helping

Check your oil feed and return lines. I bought a turbo kit for a different car of mine and the instructions said to route the oil return line in a manner that positioned it right next to the turbine housing. Over time the heat from the turbine housing melted the SS return line causing oil to spew everywhere.
Also, check the gaskets to your feed/return lines. They may need to be replaced with new ones. I hope it's nothing worse than what I've described. If your cartridge is bad then you may need to send it off to be rebuilt. Call Majestic Turbo to see what they can do for you.
Good Luck!

For a price on a new turbo and install contact Vinny Ten. Vinny is in west babylon ( Long Island ) 631-414-7590.
Few things to check for also:
Blowby ( internal engine problem )
Obstructed air inlet to turbo
Obstructed engine crankcase vent
Hole in oil pan must be same size as oil drain
Excessive oil pressure
Oil Drain lines kinked or clogged
Drain must be above oil level
