Anyone have their Aem uego get stuck like this.It dosent move at all and im suspecting a bad sensor.First startup in the morning it will jump to 15.2 then right back to 14.8 and stays there.

You're thinking is right, probably a bad sensor.

How are you powering the sensor? The sensor heater needs to be powered ONLY when the car is running. You can shock O2 sensors with cold water vapor if they are hot while car is off and you start it up (e.g. you have it tied to accessory power, turn car off, listen to radio etc, then restart - O2 will be hot and die when cold water vapor in manifold hits it). You can also damage O2 sensors by having them off while engine is running for extended periods.

I use power off of the fuel pump relay for my TXS wideband (the circuit is in the IPDM behind the battery on my G). It's one of the few circuits that has power only when running (except for the initial 1 second prime).

Haha! That's where I ran mine from also. Except I tapped the circuit by the fuse box and ran an inline fuse instead.:-)

Great minds think alike and all that... Hmmm - now I'm thinking why didn't I do that (instead of going to the relay output). Is the fuse before or after the relay? I actually used a fuse tap on the relay output. It was a pain pulling out that relay too...

EDIT: Or did you mean you tapped the outgoing wire? That would've been easier too. Oh well, either way works.

Any point after the relay will work (since that is what switches power)... I would just tap the wire going back to the fuel pump. Check your car's FSM for the right one. Be sure to add an inline fuse (10 amps should be more than enough).

The factory fuse is before the relay I believe. I gotta check the FSM. I tapped the outgoing wire just after the fuse box, and stuck an inline 10amp fuse between the tap and the AF sending unit.

Wire colors change between model years - and I have an 04.5 G. The manuals are downloadable for free somewhere on this site I think...
