great... well either way I will need a compression test so I guess I will just get it towed in the morning to my friends shop.... also I wonder why it would all of a sudden start running like it was on 3 cylinders... yesterday before I took the valve covers off for the 2nd time it ran and idled fine .... it just leaked oil from the valve cover seals.... fast forward to today.... everything is sealed up .. no leaks... and then I try to drive it and my AFR's at wot are like 19's and 20's but I know its getting fuel and spark.... wouldnt it read super rich? .... also on plugs I replaced today the 3 on the passenger side were ashy white and the 3 on the drivers side were soaked.... but after replacing the plugs is when I checked to make sure it was getting fuel and the coils were working......

sounds like one side is running super lean and one side is running super rich you have a very odd problem on your hands sir.

is it possible to hook up the coil packs in the wrong order? or would that just cause it to run really rough?

yes it is possible, and you should check your radiator cap too see if there is black oil ring around the top of the radiator or small bubbles. if you see eiter you should call a professional.

no bubbles.... and my coolant is a nice emerald green... no oil.... lol.... I have been working on cars for about 10 years.. I have NEVER had this much trouble with a car EVER!!!.... I guess to put everything together......

#1 The car is acing like it is running on 3 cylinders

#2 My AF at WOT when I was able to try to test drive it was between 19 and 20....

#3 The car ran great and had great AF before I RTV'd the valve cover and spark plug seals....

#4 The Crank case is so pressurized that reguardless of what I do with the PCV it blows smoke out of the oil fill hole when I take the cap off...

#5 Even hooking a catch can to either side did not help... the catch cans were doing their job because I can see some oil in them from just driving a couple miles yesterday....

#6 There is a small amount of oil that is accumulated on the intake side of the Supercharger (dont know if this matters or not...)

#7 There is no oil in the coolant or bubbles... there is no coolant in the oil... its not frothy at all... perfect new mobile 1 synthetic 10-30...

#8 New spark plugs installed today because the old ones (2 wks old) were not looking great and I wanted to make sure to rule out the plugs... 3 were white and ashy the other 3 were soaked in fuel.... The drivers side plugs were the ones soaked in fuel....

#9 I pulled the fuel rail and cycled the engine to make sure all the injectors were firing... I did the same with the coil packs.....

I dont know what else to try ... I will get a compression test tomorrow but I am just posting all this up in case someone has run into something like this before and knows exactly what is wrong... I dunno I am hoping it is something as simple as I didnt plug something in or plugged something in the wrong order.... even still when it was running I know the crank case pressure was high..... I dont know if it is normally high and smokes with boost and the oil cap off but it is on mine.... high enough to keep blowing seals on the valve cover.... I hope I summed everything up ok... and I will keep you guys updated for sure....
let me know if you have any other idea's I can try tonight... I will be up for a little while longer

Well my plugs were in the wrong firing order, guess thats what I get for completely removing everything ... now my AF is good and it runs fine but still alot of pressure in the crank case...... I dont know what I am going to do about it....

edit: well during my test drive once again my passenger side valve cover cant handle the pressure and all the new plug seals I made are blown out..... my god... wtf... im still going to get a compression test today but if anyone has any ideas please speak up.....

but why would low cylinder pressure cause high crankcase pressure,i thought if you had low cylinder pressure youd have low crankcase pressure

I think its more blowby that causes higher crank case pressure... I dunno... im no rocket scientist.... I just know now I am screwed and need a new motor... I will be driving it na for a while until I can sell the supercharger to build my motor.... guess I should have built first .... ohh well...

what did you do to cause the low compression?

Honestly I would think when I had nitrous on it MAYBE.... but I was very very sparing when I used it and never sprayed before 4k rpm.... and it was a 85 shot with the fuel 2 sizes higher so I would make sure I was rich and not lean..... I can say it is possible for the motor to have been badly abused before I got the car... I bought it with 30k miles on it and a week after I got it I noticed the transmission kept poping out of 3rd and 5th gears.... so they warrantied the work and I got a new transmission.... it just sucks that everything was fine... I put a Vortech on and all of a sudden I start blowing gaskets and oil from my valve covers..... It was during the tune it happened but I think the supercharger was just the final blow.... I think the 3 months I had nitrous on my car I used it maybe 6 or 7 times .... on the highway.... honestly I feel like I am being shafted so hard.... I know a few guys who have boosted their Z's and have had zero issues..... lol... its my luck... so if you know anyone wanting a Vortech kit send them my way

well it may have started with the vortech as a small problem but driving it super lean was the final nail so to speak.

Do you think you caused all of that from the plugs being in the wrong firing order? This blows btw!! Sry for your loss..

I never drove it super lean.... I made it a whole 300 feet to the stop sign and noticed it was running lean.... and all the problems I had were there before I did the test drive.....
