IF you spent more time searching this forum youd see its very easy to drive around without your blower on.

all you have to do is:

-disconnect pipe from maf tube, add in a filter, box or more piping and a filter
-run the oil feed line into the return line, zip tie and check daily
-keep the throttle light and rpms low

I ran mine like that for 3 weeks without issue. Sure, i wasnt happy about having to return a blower with 700 miles on it, but thats life sometimes. Now ive got over a year on the blower, 10k miles and shes been boosting fine.

You remind me of my roommate...........he wants vendors to suck his ***** when it comes to stuff like this. Dont rush them, let them work. Youre not the first in line like you think you should be. Calling them daily to harass them = no good.

whoa whoa whoa, mr moneybags. sorry i dont make enough to afford a sponsorship like you, or to buy a beater. you want to PM me your job description? are you hiring? id love to work for you.

im not running my car. i tapped my block and theres NO WAY id feel comfortable driving around with some plugged lines.

see the hard part about new product is if your talking to the guys in service we are not gonna have that info. the sales guys are the ones with all the "whats new" info. So for instance if you would have called me i probably would have said i dont think we have one for that car yet. but i still would have went and asked someone first or tried to look it up atleast.

Im not quite sure how telling some one to send there unit in to be inspected is the "worst customer service"? Is it because the person doesnt get what they want that makes it the "worst"?

and klimaxx805, this is EXACTLY the type of customer service NO ONE LIKES.
I understand you're frustrated, but how can you comment on my customer service when you didn't even give me a chance to help you? I posted, you found out I worked in sales, you bashed me for posting. My intent was to help you.

I'm glad Todd was able to resolve this for you. I hope this thread doesn't continue as a bash Vortech/Service thread.

FYI I had seen that thread but didn't call him out on it. That's why I asked him to make sure he wasn't over spinning it.

Jamie is a good guy guy too, he gets the bad guy rep because he has to say no sometimes.

Sure, if you ever need sales assistance ask for Frank.

It's on our to do list, along with the G37. We keep a kit request log to help us prioritize the order in which we release kits. One time I copy pasted 07 350Z until I filled up the whole log. Management didn't like that very much I'll add your request.

You have no problem taking money from people and giving them false hopes on when there car will be fixed, why not be honest and say we have a crack pot operation and we have no idea what we are doing. You might get in a couple weeks, but hell we probally won't even get it right.......
I missed this one. That's not very nice. At least we went back and got our GED.
