** Update on my Car - Pics, Numbers, Videos **
The 08 busas are a good bit different then the older models. Compression went up from 11:1 to 12.5:1 and also went up 40cc. I think a 80-170 race would be interesting with an OLDER busa or 1k bike.
Not saying Bert would just walk the bike, but if he lost I think it would be by a respectable margin.

Like I said, I NEVER said he would win, but I think the outcome would be a lot better then most think. He already said he has a higher psi map, so I do think he has a fighting chance.
I bet he would be right on your ***. The bikes *** of course

I ran my friends new R6 starting from a 60-70mph roll. Me in 3rd gear, him in 2nd, I left him from the start. I put about 5 cars lengths on it to 150mph, that was in LOW boost, which is weaksauce in TQ IMO.
Id love to run a 1000cc bike from say an 80mph roll. A lot depends on the rider, his shifting skills and top end how good he can tuck. The higher speed we start at, the better for me. On my bike a lazy tuck can result in around 10mph less than when Im really going for broke.

alberto's car would get ripped by a hayabusa from low/mid speed roll. the higher they took the race the better it would become for alberto, but it'd need to be taken well in excess of 150 for alberto's car to begin to take over. probably more like 170mph actually.
the power to weight ratio of a bike like a hayabusa or zx14 absolutely smashes any and all "normal" street cars out there. keeping the front end down from a dig is hard, and then up at the other end of the spectrum the very poor aerodynamics of the bike and massive power advantage of the car take over, but in the middle, the fast bikes own cars.

Many cops around. While some may not agree (LOL!) I am not stupid about where/when I enjoy the car.
I havent had a speeding violation in over 5 years, every time I bring the car out its for one purpose, not for commuting if you get my drift....
