My transmission is completed and will ship back to Intense today. It should arrive next week and I'll do a review of the transmission and the differences between this one (built) and the original (pretend built; i.e. stock, but a lot more expensive).

Mark has still done absolutely nothing. When I receive the stock parts along with the transmission, I will be pressing criminal charges with the Attorney General's office in TX.

Any news from Eric/Rude on his SGP situation???

 

He is going to get his tranny repaired by chriss too....there is no doubt about that..... Rude is finalizing getting the funds together....
His tranny was never installed and if it had been it would have destroyed in 10 seconds after firing up the car, it was a complete mess what they did on his "new built tranny" ....

marshall is going to do send mark to jail....but rude is going to make sure he pisses from a tube the rest of his life after he is done with him

I don't have enough money to pay for the trans rebuild right now. I'm working off-duty jobs and trying to save up the necessary $$$. Intense needs the trans intalled back in the car before they can proceed with fab on my modified PowerLab kit and fab of my custom exhaust. So... My car project is on hold for a little while.

Anyone who knows Marshall knows that he's all business. His words are carefully chosen and not to be taken lightly, nor as empty threats. The travesty that has been ongoing now for way too long will hopefully have a near-future ending, and I cannot conjure up another person who I would want fronting the attack than Marshall.

We are all excited to finally get Marshall's trans back as well. To say that there were some minor delays is to belittle the term "minor". While frustrating, if the ends justify the means (especially for ALL that Marshall has gone through with his car) then we can put the past behind us and go onwards and upwards. Marshall's car should touch 11.0x or better but time will tell, and it's not getting any cooler here in the desert..
