The SSV is already a rip off and people bash it to death. The cosworth + polishing is almost twice as expensive, and just as effective

Pretty slick wire tuck on that G. Its helps when you're NA though, and dont have vacuum lines running every which way

Jorge ....I guess his point was if you polish it and everything works out OK...good...but if you have a problem with cap leaks and you send it back polished they will point the finger on the polishing. You know that anyone that offers a warrantee is always looking for a way out of covering it. My dealer tried to get out of covering my master cylinder because of what was done to my car....thank goodness the General Manager is a good friend of mine.
My question is....now that Cosworth is polishing them now...is there a way for them to tell if it was there work or not

I have had a bad experience with a machine shop that polished my plenum on my RX7...they did buff an area too thin
Also an area where the twin additional injectors are installed was thinned out to the point where it would drop gas from a weld tack.

it has probably been eliminated.
I eliminated mine months ago and it's been fine.
EDIT: I was thinking of the radiator bypass hose!
You are talking about the main upper radiator hose.......hmmm.......I wonder where that is. maybe they have a custom radiator.

Slightly OT, but why does the coolant hose (on normal cars) have the kink in it?

It was my pleasure, thanks for the purchase.
BTW I still have yet to see what your car looks like. Can you e-mail me some pictures?
I saw your posts in the SPG thread so perhaps it might not be possible, which I understand.

On normal Z's, there is a little kink in the coolant hose. I've always wondered why its there. The Z pictured doesn't even has a coolant hose.

Got mine from IP and polished from a local guy when I lived in Colorado. Anyhow, pic;
