13+psi on Vortech, engine build question?

be careful with GTM engines.
You definitely do not want a stroker with a vortech setup. It's a waste. Just do an engine build and get ourself a T trim and you'll be flying.

Lo2ay, I'm sorry to hear about your engine failure. I know your one of the few that track your Z so hard in your region so atleast you've put your car into good use before it let go!!
as to weither to ship a built engine from the states or get the parts and build it locally, as said before if you have a compatible vq engine builder who knows what he's doing and actually built Z/G engines then I'd go that route, otherwise I'd save my self headache and get a forged performance s1 sb and be done with it, their engine has proven to be good for as much as 700whp, not to mention it'll save you alot of $$$ in the long run, if you know what I mean!
IMO, keep your engine build simple, meaning no need for a stroker. remember that the more complicated your setup the more the chance to get problems, and I'm sure you dont want to waste time troubloeshooting these problems.

hey bro... sup! been some time now
I decided to keep it simple and just order a short block, either the S1 or the one in the link I provided above... just doing further research on it. Still haven't decided on the compression tho!
