This summer I bought my STS kit form DanielW along with some other stuff . Daniel orginally had CIN do his install. He brought the car back to have the kit removed.
Bobby knew the STS kit along with the Apexi EBC/Defi Boost guage/Innovative wide band would be shipped to me.
He took the time to color code/shoot pics/video giving me FULL documentation of the Items being shipped to me.
Installation of the kit/electronics couldnt of been easier, short of letting them do the Install.
Having done alot of my own work on my other toys It was obvious. Bobby used the same amount of care removing Daniels parts as he did during the install. I have every bit of confidence Daniels car shows little if any sign of ever having anything installed.
This is the type of shop I want to do my work.. Bobby was always available via email/shop phone/personal cell. At times I felt I was taking advantage of CINs generousity and their commitment to help me.
Keep in mind this stuff is used. CIN wasnt making a dime on helping me out...

Also, that is top notch customer service right there, I love to hear that from shops.

+1. Bobby is the **** when it comes to Customer service. Talked to him many times while he was under a car doing work lol

and they are only gonna get better w/ the help of some one named J Tibbs
