Think about what?

You need to give some more information than that, like what are your goals with the car? Did you read the FI for nubs thread?

Normally I would just repy: IBTL and Name: th_stfu_noob.jpg

However, today I will share that although the TN single has been shown to have a few negative aspects - fried AC lines (correctable), high intake temps (correctable or ignorable) and limited power levels (500whp or less) - compared to stock it is night and day. The torque under boost is a kick in the pants and you car will be MUCH faster. Also, the TN kits with the Raptor BOV have one of the nicest most attention getting sounds around and its great for scaring joggers as well.

It just so happens that I will be selling my TN Single kit with my Utec and was wondering if you may be interested in getting a good deal? Hit me up with a PM.

dude if you can't afford a greddy tt and thats why your picking a single turbo I would honestly say that you probably shouldn't go FI as maintenance costs can be very unpredictable. If you insist you may want to look at an sts rear mount kit. They are good for the price and make good safe power for a stock block w/ lower intake air temps and lower underhood temps than most conventional ST kits (esp. TN). just my

thanks so far for all the help! I was talking to some friends and they said that powerlab is a good ST kit? I read on the FI for Noobs that it was even better that the TN Kit? Any feedback on the Powerlab ST kits?

man this guy doug is ruthless... If you went with a single turbo kit I would suggest taking a hard look at each kit and what they come with. Some of the kits you will have to interchange some parts in order to get the desired result/reliability.

If you are looking to get an inexpensive single turbo kit like the Turbonetics you had better try and find one now since they are discontinued. APS has also discontinued their single turbo kits

The PowerLab kit is awesome but you are looking at >$5500 for a tuner kit and >$6500 for the complete kit. You can get APS TT kits for less right now through several dealers including myself. I have the APS TT Tuner kit for under $5000 Shipped

So you better get busy trying to find one of the last Turbonetics kits or consider buying one of the APS TT kits that on on special right now
