Default Single Turbos and Exhaust Choices

I've been doing a lot of searching trying to find a good exhaust for a single turbo it. Right now the car is bone stock performance wise so I'd like to plan accordingly with the goal of a Powerlab single turbo kit. I'm not asking what turbo kit to run, I'm sure everyone has their reasons for going with one over another..... The wheels and exhaust are going on first, so I thought why not pick up an exhaust that will accommodate the single turbo down pipe.

My first choice is to go Borla, although a true dual exhaust. Call it bias but I've always love the VQ tone with them especially on my Altima Coupe. Also considering APS single turbo exhaust and Nismo which should hook right up if I'm not mistaken. The tough part is finding out who is running what exhaust when listing to youtube turbo'd Z exhausts clips. Looking for something with the least amount of rasp, could care less about volume whether it's quiet or loud. More concerned about tone then the extra few hp I'll get from a more free flowing exhaust.

I don't mean for this to be some kind of repeat noob question. I hope it's a little more specific then that. Any suggestions single turbo peoples? I know most are running custom setups.

it's simple, if you go with the APS ST, get the APS ST exhaust

for the PL ST kit u could run true duals and get a custom reverse y pipe that is pretty cheap to get done... but with out doing that u basically want 3" piping.. . consider either of this two:

JIC ST (personal choice)

or this one IP-exhaust if you wanna go on the cheaper side.. basically like nismo but with 3" pipin and without the premium price. Looks liek a good deal.

Other choices could be the aam single, greddy single... topspeed..

Thanks for the info. I know I don't have the kit yet but like I said before, it would be nice to plan for these things. Who knows if some how I can be patient I'll hold out for an Sound Performance twin turbo and engine build. Adding up all the numbers for install, then reinstall for the build kind of makes up for the small price difference between the kits.

or for super cheap just have 3" exhaust made at a shop. a pipe is a pipe. might not even need a resonator or muffler and stil not be too loud.
