Hey man,
I can't believe you are still wrestling with APS ST.. Do what I did. Ditch the ST ASAP! Seriously that crossover pipe is a nightmare.. If you bottom out and scrap the thick @$$ APS single turbo exhaust pipes, crossover pipe receives stress and flex pipe blows up! I cracked it once and so did all my friends with APS STs... I hope Tig and your method solves this problem, but I suggest you avoid scraping the exhaust pipes at all cost..

I love a challenge

Anyways - fixed the EBC! The only thing I didn't do was reset the unit and start from scratch. Wouldn't you know, damn thing works now after starting with the settings that frankie945 suggested. Road tested it up to 15psi, holds boost perfectly.

Currently on 12psi (Manual mode, Set 25, Gain 9) because the car apparently is not tuned for 15psi as I was told? I have yet to plug into the UTEC to check some parameters, but as of now, anything greater than 12.5psi results in low AFRs (10.2 - 10.5) and bogging out.
