I know he is a good guy but the car is like 2 moths past the date it was supposed to be done .And he has not been there very much I have no pictures of any part of the build and he hardly answers his phone the car was supposed to be done friday and its not.Sam thanks I have his cell # just tough to get him to answer Tim has been our best line of communication and not trying to blow this out of proportion but it is getting scary.

WTF is wrong with you guys... If someone who had my car wasn't taking or returning my phone calls I would be quite upset to say the least! Not to mention the car being promised by a certain date and now it is well beyond that.

amazing one shop gets crucified for same situation and another gets the soft glove treatment
if someone was holding my car 2 months past the promised date I would be raising all kinds of hell, calling police to go by........

i dont see a problem if the project gets delayed for 2 months... the problem here is the horrible communication that woudl give any customer scary thoughts. i understand jermey is in the process of moving but specially with customers whos cars he is still working on the comunication has to be crisp.

+1!... 1 week , 2 weeks.. ok fine... but 2 months and no phone calls.. I would be calling the cops. Iam suprised you havnt done anything for 2 months...Iam sure he is a great guy and all but come on now...

yes scary. Yes some people have waited longer.. but when you get no responces back or anything for 2 months.. yes its scary

I dont care who it is, trusted or not. if your given a time frame of when a certain project is done. it should be on schedule. 2 months and no response I would go there ASAP!

+1 if it's going to take longer there is nothign you can do but tell the customer why it's taking longer and the fact that it is taking longer because he's busy instead of not answering phone calls leaving the customer scary thouhgts...
