as for the stock regulator... that is inside the gas tank and removed and replaced with the return correction kit. you might be speaking of one of the pressure dampers in the engine bay.... all of that stuff is removed and unused with the system. i mean, if you need to leave it in there you can, but im not sure what would make it impossible to remove... especially after you cut the hardline
Charles I got the APS TT kit and it uses a heat shield to cover the hard lines that run along side the engine so its a tight fit to take off that heat shield and then get at it with a long needle nose pliers. I already removed everything and used a male to male vacuum adapter to reconnect the vacuum line for the brake that was part of the hard pipe in the damper/fuel rail assembly.
