Default Single Turbos that allow for duel exhaust?

Here's the scoop. I love the sound of the Bassani exhaust systems, however it's a true duel set up and I'm also looking to go FI.

STS uses it's own exhaust system as it is rear mounted.
Turbonetics uses a y-pipe configuration, as well as the APS I recall.

Any other options?

Is $6k to little to even bother going FI? I would love to be in the 12's. I've been reading and I'll continue, but I'm just looking for a nudge in the right direction.

Thanks.

You just missed a deal on the aps ST kit for $3,999. You might want to look into a used kit to meet that goal of 6,000. It is possible, you just have to be patient and wait for the right deal from the right person. All st kits can use a dual exhaust if you fab up a reverse Y pipe. not a hard task for a exhaust shop.

Like txshldm said, you'll need to get a reverse Y-pipe fabbed to fit with whatever dual exhaust you'll be running. There is no universal reverse Y that will fit with every true dual exhaust out there. This is the same for the Turbonetics, APS, and PowerLab kits.

On a side note, I just went to the Bassani website and looked up their exhausts for the Z and G. Both have 2.25" piping. That's a little small and less than optimum for forced induction applications IMO.

SFR kit comes with a reverse y pipe that will retain the factory dual exhaust location.

He wants a single turbo that splits out to a reverse y pipe and twin exhaust for a certain sound he is looking for. What is so hard to understand?
