There are at least a dozen members on here using them, there is a full thread dedicated to the STS kits.

I just had a look at the site you provided the link for. That stage III kit, there is nothing there and they want $2700 for it. You can easly buy all of that for $1500. It's incomplete too, no IC, no IC piping, no fuel pump, no means of controlling timing/fuel, no injectors... you get the idea.

Have a look at my build, if you know your way around in the garage it may be something to consider.
