Default Vortech oil feed

Is it ok to tap in into a oil filter adapter plate VS the block? I have to taped the same place as my oil pressure gauge.

Not sure exactly what you are asking but yea its fine. Nice to tap off the pressure gauge so you always know you have oil pressure going to your supercharger.

Woah wait .. are you talking about the return or the pressure line? You don't tap the block for the feed line.

The return line must be tapped into the upper oil pan. Either that, or get a new pan with a return line fitting already on it. I tapped the upper oil pan for my return per the instructions because I didn't want my return line beneath the oil level.

The pressure line can absolutely be tapped into a sandwich adapter on the oil filter, but it isn't necessary. You can just use the supplied fittings and tap into the oil pressure sending unit - it's a piece of cake.

Hahaha. But hey, I'm still using the same feed line setup for my turbo - it's just much, much longer
