Wow, even better than I expected! 368 RWHP and 298 RWTQ on a 5AT with only the Stillen Exhaust at 7 PSI of boost.
The sound is not nearly as loud as I have heard on the internet. (Zero whine at start up) The kit fits perfectly. No clearance issues and almost everything functions as stock. The only issue I have is with shifting. It seems that the ECU pulls timing right before it shifts and so the car bucks slightly in manual mode and will not shift (at all) under full boost in regular automatic form. (Under regular driving circumstances there are no problems shifting) This issue will be addressed with the new Wolf ECU which is rumored to come out in the next 60 days or less.
Over all I am very pleased with the kit and more importantly the install of it. MC Racing (Mark and Nick) were extremely professional and tuned this car perfectly. I think the difference between a basic shop and a excellent shop is shown by their tuning abilities. Any shop can install a kit but tuning it can be a different story. I watched them tune for about 2 hours. First came the basic dynos to adjust the FMU, then came the wide band test drive and last but not least, a cool down dyno with a boost gauge hooked up. This all took place after hours. I highly reccomend this shop and would call them before you buy the kit, as they are a vendor as well. (I would bet they will match prices) If anyone wants to see pictures of the kit installed or of the dyno graphs please feel free to email me at whosdady@aol.com. Or if someone can host them I would be happy to email the pics to you.

I do wonder also, what is the mpg on the interstate, on a NORMAL cruise, lol. Of course, I am assuming that you have driven like a normal person by now.......heh. Since an SC is on all the time, I do wonder what effect that would have on the interstate when you are not getting on it.

I was getting like 22-24 on the highway and 16-18 city but someone said that these numbers are now inaccurate since the gauge that reads this is using numbers that are invalid now that the FMU is controlling the fuel.
I know that the way I described it isn't very technically accurate but it was something to that effect. I'm not sure.

Before the S/C I was getting between 21-23mpg depending on hard or soft driving. After my 7 dyno runs the gauge said 12.8mpg. I was a little worried. On the way home (all highway driving with the ocassional urge for boost) 17.2mpg. My mpg are lower but well worth it.
The shifting is hard to explain. In normal soft driving (shifting before 5800 it is normal. But in full auto mode, under full boost the car will not shift. I personally have not done this as the installer showed me while he was driving it what occurs. I guess an ATI rep told him about this before he installed mine. The only way to shift under full boost is through manual mode and even there I have a slight buck/jerk before it shifts. However this should not be a problem for long. The timing that is pulled will be eliminated with an ecu. Like I mentioned earlier, Wolf is aware of this issue and will have it resovled in less than 60 days.

That was hilarious. I just fell out laughing when I read that. Dude, I'm from Arkansas, but you have to unload the deer out the back of the car before driving around town.

I would have my gauges checked as I'm not sure that low figure is possible with a stock Z. I know that many Z's are having issues with their temp gauge being off by 6-8 degrees. Maybe your MPG is off in a similar way?

After having the ATI SC installed, your MPG will be wrong because the ECU doesn't know that there is increased fuel pressure. It calculates how much fuel at the stock fuel pressure. There is no way for it to know how much fuel it's using now.
If your MPG gauge has gone down since you've installed the SC, it's only because of "lead foot syndrome" and parasitic losses on the crankshaft pulley. The only way to figure it out after installing an ATI SC is to do it the old fashioned way. With pen and paper, writing down how many miles you drove and how much gas you used.

I agree with Jesseenglish I was just about to post the same message, but he beat me to it. I mean, I don't know about you but you can guess really by just using hitting the trip everytime you fill up.

Just curious, does everyone reset the mpg feature when they fill- up, or at all? I did not know for awhile that it could be reset, was around 20.5 first 2000 miles. then i started reseting it, like for road trips, best i saw was 27. Anyway........
