Anyone make an OIL distribution block???

First attempt. I just picked up 2 90 degree -6an fittings, so I think I will try it again and perhaps the SS hose will be significantly shorter.
But for now it is rock solid.
Edit...The angle of the photo gives the impression that the engine side is directly adjacent to the oil distribution block I used. That is not the case. If you notice the second to last photo on page 2, you may notice the front of the SS hose is a little blurry because it is further forward. This explains the necessary length of the SS line. Perhaps if I took a side photo you would better see what I mean. Give me a chance and I will show you perhaps a better photo.

Unnecessary. I actually went and purchased a greddy sandwich plate for the purpose of installing the AEM oil Pressure gauge. It will work, but another sandwich plate for 1 small sensor was too much clutter for my taste. (Anyone want to buy a Greddy Sandwich plate $40).
My purpose was to clean up the numerous small fittings, all in one shot and to streamline the flow of oil with minimal risk of leakage or breaking of a fitting...over time and general road abuse.
Or maybe just personal Preference.

Interesting but after all is said and done, the oil distribution block worked out well, almost too well. With the upgraded oil feed lines purchased from FP (larger diameter than Greddy lines) and the distribution block, it would appear that the oil pressure reading dropped just a bit. I guess because of the extra space the oil has to fill before it creates actual pressure, the reading on my stock oil pressure gauge is actually off by about 6-7 points (psi) lower and on my AEM gauge by almost 10 points (psi) lower than the actual pressure. That is the only negative. My tuner informed me that the larger gauge FP oil lines are sending more oil than is necessary to the turbos. This is not a problem, but may be contributing to the slightly 'off' reading by my 2 sensors. Just knowing this sets my mind at ease. No oil starvation problems.
The actual Engine oil pressure has been checked numerous times and all is spot on. My tuner set an oil pressure gauge immediately at the port where the OEM sensor originally fit and found the oil pressure perfectly spot on. So no issues.

Something to keep in mind before diving into this is that I could not find a proper bsp fitting adapter to begin this project, so I opted to re-tap the oil port on the side of the block where the OEM sensor goes. This is crucial. If your motor is intact and you attempt to drill and tap, there is a huge risk of contaminating your oil with metal shavings. I am sorry i failed to mention this sooner as this is pretty darn crucial.
Even though its just a different thread pitch, but it is the same size tap.

I believe this is what we need.

The 1/8BSP male would thread into the upper oil pan, and then allow for 1/8NPT fitting to thread into the female side.
From there you have many options, 1/8NPT to -6AN or something like you have done.
Please correct me if I am wrong.

That is PERFECT. You are the MAN! Now this kit is complete.
Overall I would make every effort to find as small of a distribution block that you can find, with only enough ports for your purpose, with 1/8 sized ports and no extra ports. And if possible, I would downsize to -4AN vs. the -6AN I used in an effort to keep the pressure accurate. Just my .02
Great find.

When I first got my turbo's oil feed source I had issues getting the right fitting that would thread into the stock oil pressure sensor location, so I just got a sandwhich plate from ebay, has like 4 ports, O-ring gasket and all. 3 years, two motors, and have never had an issue, nothing much to it, its just metal (no need for overpriced stuff), and it was like 25-30 bucks. I do like that block that was posted though thats real clean.
