I have come upon a really great deal on a greddy twin turbo kit. The problem is it is not for the HR. I know the exhaust manifolds bolt up to the engine, and i know i will need a new intercooler and pipeing. Is there anything else that i am gonna need to make this work. i have a hks fcon sz do they make a harness for the hr yet. the price for this kit is really really low so spending some more money on piping and intercooler wont hurt any. is there anything else that i am gonna need that i may be over looking. any and all help will be greatly appriciated.

 

by the time you get the needed/necessary parts, the price would be the same as a complete HR greddy kit

you should have kept that to yourself and just resold it for 3k

i think i am gonna buy it i just know i cant get the hr kit even if i sell this kit as a whole. i was hoping i could pick up the rest of what i need for like 3000 of so which would put me at the price of the kit for 4500. how different are the greddy hr mannifolds to the de manifolds

 

no the car was totaled and goin to get picked up monday so i need to take everything off this weekend. the only thing that may be wrong with the kit is the intercooler may have a small hole but i dont know if it does or doesnt. the car was hit from behind and then the front drivers side hit something else

edit: the kit has only been on the car for 1000 miles

Williams is considering it but for some reason he's trying to talk himself out of it. It's a great investment IMO.

i sent a pm to forged to see if there is anything i can do to use the kit i havnt recieved anything back yet. i would like to be able to use part of the kit only if it doesnt cost a fortune to get everything else i would need to make it work

 

even if you did pull it right ,, and not costy ,, problems will occur sooner or later ,, i say BUY it ofcourse ,, and sell it fr 3k very good investment
