Agreed Romey. People should be aware that if they have so and so work on their car, it might end up on the streets with pimps, bangers and crackhoes at night. I wont even get into the fact that Scott thinks its ok to use his customers cars for his own transportation when needed. I have seen this with my own eyes. Cars dont need to be broke in at midnight with his hoes in them.
Dont need to make anything up......Others who have had some association with him have already commented on the things I said in this thread. I just want to see him out of business. They way he portrays himself and his shop disgusts me. If he was a real business and paying his do's, fees and everything else, I could care less but he isnt. He had his chance with us and it is over. I wont even get into the crap he pulled with us when he was with VRT but lets just say there is a long history between us.
Garage GT is in San Deigo,They work on Z's and G's and in a sense they are our competiton but we dont have anything bad to say because they are conducting their business in a professional manner.

I know for a fact Scott is a habitual liar and has been for quite sometime. The RA nuthuggers dont have to beleive this but you can beleive we have a stellar rep on the boards so you can take what I am saying how you like.Scott even believes his own lies like the time he told me he was the new middle weight UFC champion after he submitted David Terrel in 1:47 seconds! I am not making this up! He really said this to me the last time we talked which was about two years ago.
It is a good question and honestly,I dont have any good answers.I know that if the car is wrecked then typically, it will be on the customers insurance to pay for it. If it is impounded then it would still be the resposibility of the customers but they could go after the shop for reimbursement.

so claiming 800whp out of a 700bb tt kit, with no fuel return and a 200$ ems is a flat out lie. Giving fake dynosheets to customers when they pick up their car is a LIE.
Either way, he has ran high 13s on 1/4 with 600+whp.....and lots of excuses....and was beated with the same car by philthy running 450whp on a fresh engine and a real track suspension setup.....which he had talked shlt about

Call me and we'll make arrangements. We need to get the SD area covered already. I'm sure Church and GTM both enjoy SD customers driving up to them for tuning needs, but frankly I see that as a customer service issue and if we can come to terms, they can head your way.
Plus there are some issues with a certain shop named in this thread that I want to make sure doesn't happen anymore with our SD customers.
