Id say its almost impossible to install a TT kit on built engine with packing foam(especially with FP attention to detail).. Someone is full of *****!!

Real question is how does packing foam get inside the intercooler.

Most intercoolers out of the box come with a cap to cover inside of the FMIC so packing peanuts or loose styrofoam pellets don't get in there.

He is making it seem like there was a whole solid block of shipping styrofoam in there

Not saying that it was so with FP but stating that Mr.S is full of ****

That's what I normally see too... plastic caps on the inlets and outlets of the intercooler.

Hell....Sharif, pack my IC with foam so I can make 1500whp.

he actually did do TKD when he was younger, but we all know what happens when you try to use TKD in a real world application....You get your *** kicked.
