hmm, your car is interesting... maybe it's better
to check around the fmu since it looks to be set ok.

1. does anyone have a fuel pressure gauge setup
so we know what pressure they see at high rpms?
Maybe your pump isn't doing it? 100% is the highest
slider setting posted I think. Does the "Stall" LED
light up at 100% (I think stall is when the pump/motor
is drawing max amps the fmu can deliver).

2. if you're sure the 5 led lights up at 6 psi then I'm
won't say anymore but I think there was another case
where a user was having problems but it was fixed
simply by replacing the fmu unit (he's pressure transducer
was leaking).

3. just a thought from nowhere... maybe your ecu got
used to putting lots of timing at high rpms due to your
previous driving style. maybe removing some timing is
it (but it doesn't explain why you could not get proper AF
ratio at high rpms)...

I think vendors need to be aware that the best advertisement is a 350Z owner bragging about what a wonderful job they did with them on their car. Paying for a pic posted at the top of a thread does not replace customer service.

Also Ravaz I think you need to share the whole story. Potential AA customers deserve to know.

 

I really shouldn't say anything yet, waiting.... If anyone is thinking of going to AA for anything, heh, good luck. I'm not going to tell people not to go there or what, but I think my experience pretty much summed it up, who would want to go there after reading my story? I have someone else that's had a bad experience with them that will be posting up pretty soon, he's pissed with them as well. The truth will come out, and they just suck.

I know you did not ask but I would like to make a suggestion.

If/when you decide to tell the entire story, do not lower your postion and get involved is mud slinging. You know everything that went on, not us but from just being a reader on this site, the facts speak loud enough without having to get too personal like Max seemed like he did. IMO, getting into name calling just pulls the focus away from the real issue which is you expecting proper service from the people you hired.

Honestly, I have admired how well you have refrained from losing it. I believe I could not handle it as well as you have. The calmer you remain, the stronger statement you will make. I trust that if/when you feel it is appropriate, you will explain what really happened.

The sposors speak with their wallets and basically pay to have any negative advertisement deleted. I had a guy from Stillen harrassing me and monitoring my negative post about Stillen, right after my thread was deleted and Stillen became a sponsor....
