The fitment of this kit is very very tight! I still get some vibration from where the downpipe vband makes contact with the exhaust manifold on the driver's side of the car. I have adjusted these pipes a dozen different ways and can't still fits the problem. I also get that strange buzzing noise between 2000 and 3000 rpms when deccelerating .

You can search, but it is widely considered that for our application the DIY thread from Jeffie7 IS the installation manual if you are looking for pics. I am surprised that you do not know this before purchasing the kit.
The PL kit makes crazy power, but the instuctions are lacking, the fitment is tight and most of the DIY installs have some sort of rubbing issue and buzzing on decelleration. I'm not knocking the kit, just giving the OP the cliff's notes on DIY install.

PM me your email and I can forward you my Install instructions that are in PDF format. They are the original set that came out with the kit initially. Have yet to see the updated instructions they were making.

Edit
*The fitment is alil tight but it's 3" pipes in a small space. But it's a great kit thats very well put together. Have yet to have any issues and I have 7k+ miles on mine already.

sure i know it's tight and i have done quite a bit of searching. i just like the single setup with it's power potential. it's been diy'ed so I'll give it a go. hopefully my RHD setup will have more space.

just be patient, heatwrap piping in tight spots and youll be fine. Hope you upgrade ems and injectors (twin pump maybe?) soon so you can shoot to max out the trubo. Do you have a fuel return system?

This is the first Powerlab kit outside the US (I think), and the first kit to go on a RHD Z33!!! Congrats!

thanx bro, but it was a hell of a struggle to get it here(customs, shipping and all) and it's suppose to be to easy part. don't wanna get ahead of myself(fitment and run first)-my only fitment concern(not major) is that the headers is not the same as in a LHD. this is one of the reason i did not go twin. locally tt aps RHD versions rule but would cost twice as much $$$ at the dealers. but i might just give them a run for their money, lol.
